Order and Delivery
Currently our order and delivery times as detailed on our website remain unchanged. However, the national carriers that we use for deliveries are starting to be impacted by the large increase in online orders and staff sickness. This may cause a 2-5 day delay in delivery times.
Contactless Delivery
Delivery companies have introduced contact-free home delivery for your order. This gives the option of no hand to hand contact and the driver can leave the delivery safely at your door.
Product Availability
Due to the restriction of movement and inability to travel currently being recommended by the Government, many of our customers are expecting to spend considerable time at home over the next few weeks. As a result, we have seen an increase in order volumes in recent days. Our website is always up to date with the current stock position of each item so you can safely order in the knowledge that these will be reliably delivered.
